In the App
- Open the Wrapd app.
- Tap the Menu / Settings icon, and choose Account.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
- Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the App
If you no longer have access to the app, email info@wrapd.gifts from the email address registered with your Wrapd account requesting account deletion. We will verify your identity, process the deletion within 30 days, and confirm once complete.
What is Deleted vs What Stays
- Deleted: Your account credentials, profile details, notification preferences, AI settings, private notes, votes, read statuses, and private records.
- Shared Plans: Groups are collaborative. Gift ideas, links, and messages you posted inside shared groups remain so that other family or group members do not lose their holiday or birthday coordination. However, they will no longer be associated with your identity.
