These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use the Wrapd app and website. By creating an account or using Wrapd, you agree to them.

Wrapd is operated by Fireball Apps Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@wrapd.gifts.

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

1. What Wrapd is

Wrapd helps groups of people plan gifts together: who to buy for, ideas, who’s getting what, and Secret Santa draws. Wrapd is free to use.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Wrapd, and you must be at least 13 to have one. If you’re under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is happy for you to use Wrapd. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3. What you put in Wrapd

What you add to Wrapd stays yours: messages, gift ideas, photos, and details about the people you’re buying for. So that we can run Wrapd, you let us store it, display it to the people in your groups, and process it as our Privacy Policy describes.

Groups are shared. What you add to a group is seen by its members, and stays with the group if you leave it or delete your account, so that nobody else loses their plans.

4. Using Wrapd fairly

Please don’t use Wrapd to:

• harass, threaten or abuse anyone, including through anonymous Secret Santa messages;
• post anything unlawful, hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• add someone to a group without their permission;
• overload, disrupt or try to break Wrapd;
• copy or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

5. Secret Santa

Secret Santa messages are shown to the group without the sender’s name. Anonymity is for fun, not cover: the rules above still apply, and we keep a private record of who sent each message so that we can address misuse.

The draw is random, within the rules your group sets.

6. Wrapd’s AI

If you agree to it, Wrapd uses AI (Claude, made by Anthropic) to suggest gift ideas and answer questions you ask @Wrapd. You can switch it off at any time in Account.

AI suggestions are ideas, not advice: always check that a gift is suitable, safe and appropriate for the recipient before you buy it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in the app or via email.
